Whether you grew up in church, have never been in your life or haven't been in years - we’d love to meet you, as we find out more about God in the Bible and the great things he has done for us through Jesus. At HTK, we hope you feel warmly welcomed and find not just a community, but a caring church family. We have a choice of meetings to suit who you are.
8am
Traditional prayer book service with weekly Holy Communion.
10am
Contemporary service for singles, couples and families, including HTKids + Youth so parents can enjoy worship without little distractions. Holy Communion first Sunday of each month.
5pm
Contemporary service followed by dinner on the 1st and 3rd Sundays every month.
What to expect
After a warm reception by our welcoming team, we typically sing traditional or contemporary songs and hymns, pray, read the Bible and listen to a Bible talk. Then afterwards, enjoy either an awesome morning tea, or dinner - depending which service you attend, a chance to mingle, ask questions, chat about the talk and share each other’s lives. Dress code: Casual, relaxed!
We teach kids about Jesus, while having lots of fun
At HTKids we help children and families love and trust Jesus. In safe, engaging, age-appropriate environments, our dedicated leaders teach about God’s big rescue through his Son, Jesus. After starting in church with all ages, our children head out to dedicated spaces for fun with leaders as they learn from the Bible, talk through life, play, sing and enjoy crafts.

We’re all about young people living for Jesus
How do you navigate this tricky time in life when social media, peer pressure, mental health challenges and decisions to be made come at you from every direction? At HTK Youth, we aim to be a safe place to hang out, share whatever’s in our hearts, read the Bible together and see what God has to say to us, play games, learn about Jesus, enjoy supper and grow in faith together. Questions, challenges, tears, laughs, sports, banter…we encourage it all!

Seniors
We love our young at heart
Our Seniors at HTK are among our most valued members. Some have been here for over 70 years! If you’d like to meet and study the Bible, pray and share life together, there’s a mixed group on the second Tuesday of every month and a mature men’s group Thursday mornings every week.

Growth Groups
Grow in your knowledge of Jesus, pray and share life together
HTK Growth Groups are where we gather in smaller communities of up to 12 people, to dig into God’s word, discuss it in depth, pray for each other and share our lives. We have GGs at different times of day or evenings, for women, guys and mixed groups as well as seniors.
Or if the whole ‘meeting in a small group and looking at the Bible together’ is a new concept, we got you. HTK Extra is for people who are new to Christianity, still thinking about it all, or just new to church.

Courses

Throughout the year, we run courses exploring more about Christianity and our hope for the future. These courses usually happen in small groups, in people’s homes.
